Partnering & AI Services

SIMPLIFIED ML OPS PIPELINE

Polygon provides an intuitive user interface for semi-automated generation of training image annotations, automated training of deep machine learning models, and easy deployment into a variety of products.

DIVERSE, ADAPTABLE, AND ACCURATE

Our AI is capable of detecting of a wide variety of biomarkers, cellular morphologies, and tissue staining, allowing for applications ranging from cellular quantification of R&D microscopy to target detection in clinical imaging.

WHITE-LABELED ENVIRONMENT

Strengthen customer relationships beyond the initial sale and enable your end-users to fine-tune, customize, and deploy AI models for their specific needs through a white-labeled and ready-to-deploy Polygon AI interface.

REWIRE’S PATENTED AI ENGINE

Computer vision in the cloud, powered by Sightologist.ai

Sightologist.ai is Rewire’s core technology. A cloud-based machine learning system that receives images from client API users, processes the images on our AI-servers, and returns the target predictions to users in real-time, this is the engine for everything we do at Rewire, including powering Polygon AI.

An End-to-End Solution

Rewire offers a wide selection of offerings by which companies can use our powerful AI.

IMPLEMENTATION & INTEGRATION

Partners will be provided all necessary software keys, tools, and AutoML server access for complete adoption of Polygon AI into their ML workflow. This includes compatibility with a selection of API endpoints and model-export functionality for proper device integration.

LICENSING & USER FINE-TUNING

Along with device integration, we offer partners the ability to license a white-labeled version of our Polygon AI interface to end-users, allowing additional model fine-tuning. Retail subscriptions of these licenses create recurring revenue streams that support and reward customer retention.

DATA ANNOTATION & SERVICE CONTRACTS

In certain circumstances, we can also offer optional service contracts for data annotation, model training, specific endpoint-adoption, or other custom development work on a case-by-case basis. Click below to send us an email to get a quote and learn more about these offerings.

Featured Testimonals

Neurescence, Inc., a Bruker Company

Neurescence, an in-vivo calcium imaging microscope manufacturer recently acquired by Bruker, plans to use Rewire’s cutting-edge neuronal segmentation and analysis capabilities through Sightologist to rapidly improve detection and quantification of neuronal activity while reducing the intensive data processing of data-dense brain recordings. This development contract between Rewire and Neurescence allows for the development of AI capabilites specific to Neurescence’s hardware.

“Our current software offers a seamless manual method to contour neurons and accurately extract neuronal traces. Our partnership with Rewire is truly impactful because it enables us to add a refined automated workflow to our capabilities. It will allow scientists to extract accurate neuronal activity traces from thousands of neurons and readily analyze them for a wide range of neuroscience experiments.”

– Dr. Yasaman Soudagar, CEO of Neurescence
